The Sayre Public Library is accepting applications for membership on the Teen Advisory Council.  The applicant must be a freshman, sophomore or junior this school year.    The Council will have the opportunity to plan, promote and staff programs for library, with a particular emphasis on teen programming.  Members are expected to donate at least 50 hours of community service time and work on a minimum of four activities.
