SUMMARY:Chair Yoga w/ Beth Herbst
DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to be offering Chair Yoga with Beth Herbst again at Sayre Public Library!  Chair Yoga classes will be offered on Monday mornings\, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. from January 5 through February 2. Our last class will be held on Friday\, February 6\, at 10:00 a.m.Yoga Instructor\, Beth Herbst\, M.Ed\, E – RYT 200 and ACE Certified Personal Trainer\, will beleading the classes. Beth has been teaching yoga for 14 years at Athletico/ Pivot Performance in Athens\, PA.Classes will focus on learning and practicing basic yoga movements\, breathing techniques\, and relaxation techniques. Designed for modified yoga postures that involve sitting\, standing and using a chair as a prop. Speak with your physician before beginning yoga.Registration will be capped at 15 participants per class.
