While this talk is not a continuation of last October’s lecture, it is like a sequel with all new Presidents being the focal point, including: Andrew Jackson, George H.W. Bush, and John F. Kennedy. This talk is based on Michael Sisto’s extensive research and cross-country travels including his most recent “Dead Presidents Tour” this past summer of the American South. This presentation will give listeners the facts and sometimes humorous stories behind a variety of Presidential sicknesses, deaths, and their graves.
Presidential Historian, Michael Sisto has lived in the valley for thirty-seven years; he graduated with a degree in History from Mansfield University with a focus in Presidential History. He then obtained his Masters in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University. For as long as Mike can remember he has had a love for all things Presidential, he has gone to numerous Presidential sites, homes, museums, birth places and has visited thirty-three of the forty president’s grave sites.
