TeenTober: Book Bedazzling and Button Making

Sayre Public Library is excited to announce our TeenTober activities planned for the month of October. TeenTober is a nationwide celebration hosted by libraries every October and aims to celebrate teens, promote year-round teen services and the innovative ways teen services help teens learn new skills, and fuel their passions in and outside the library. TeenTober events will include sessions of our Teen Reading Lounge program along with additional arts and crafts programs open to all community teens.
At our Book Bedazzling and Button Making event, teen participants will have the opportunity to add sparkle to book covers through the
placement of dazzling gems. Books will be provided, or teens are welcome to bring their own favorites. We will also have our button maker available to create original buttons and magnets to take home.
