Read Across America Drop-In: Read to a Stuffed Animal or Adult

Take a chance to read a book out loud to an adult, or even a stuffed animal! Practice your read-aloud skills, and see what it is like to be the one sharing a story aloud with someone. Choose a volunteer, or bring your own grown-up to read to.

Read Across America is a week-long event from March 2nd to 6th, which celebrates and promotes literacy beginning on the birthday of Dr. Seuss. Promoted and formed by the National Education Association, Read Across America works to promote reading, literacy, and civics across America, particularly for youth
